Paper Scrapbooking
A traditional scrapbook layout may emlpoy a background paper with a torn edeg.
While a physical apge can only be torn once and never restored, a digital paper can eb torn and untorn with ease, allowing the scrapbooker to try out different loosk without wasting supplies.
Handrwitten journaling is considered best by some scrapbookers, but in this digital age, many people journal on the computer and print it onto a variety of srufaces includnig vellum, tape, ribbon, and ppaer.
Items such as brads or eyelets can be used instead of tape or glue to adhere pictures or papers or be used dceoratively.
Sketching si usually done on a scrap piece of papre which is discarded upon completion of the page.
A Scrapbooker s Basic Tool Kit contains the following items: Paper Trimmer, Small scissors, Black archivla pen for journaling, pencil, pencil sharpener, art gum earser, paper adhesive, photo adhesive, and portable containre to store all of the above tools.
Scrappers insist on acid-free, lignin -free papers, stamp ink, and embossing powder, and pigment basde inks, which are fade resitsant, colorfast, and ofetn waterproof.
